Job Description

Job description:
- Check the documents required to import/export goods in accordance with regulations.
- Import and export goods to related order departments.
- Receive delivery documents, request shipment, save and transfer to purchasing department.
- Keep track of imported and exported goods, record import and export slips, enter export slips into the software.
- Order planning.
- Checking stock, monitoring and reporting minimum inventory periodically as prescribed.
- Support order closing.
- Control the arrangement of goods in the warehouse according to regulations and ensure orderliness, cleanliness, fire safety.
- Other tasks as required by management.
- Working time: 8:00 am from Monday to Saturday (Closed on 2 Saturdays of the month)
- Working place: 340D Hoang Van Thu, Ward 4, Tan Binh, HCM.
