    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Monitor internal income and expenses, prepare receipts and payment vouchers, and archive supporting documents.
    • Track the incoming, outgoing, and inventory of goods, raw materials, or supplies.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable from customers and suppliers, and reconcile data when necessary.
    • Enter data from documents, invoices, inventory slips, and other related accounting transactions.
    • Assisting in preparing income and expenditure reports, accounts receivable/payable reports, inventory reports, and other internal reports as required.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to verify and cross-check data.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

    - Job requirements:

    • Graduated from vocational school/college/university with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
    • Ages 25-35.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in an internal accounting position.
    • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
    • Be careful, honest, and responsible in your work.
    • They have a willingness to learn and cooperate well with other departments.
    • I am looking for stable employment and a long-term commitment.
