Job Description

I. JOB DETAILS
1. Payment and fund management:

Receive related invoices, check valid documents, create receipts/payments and submit for approval according to company procedures.
Synthesize, control and record accounting documents by day on the software
Processing of approved payment records
Complete the reporting system by section (Fund report, cash flow report, expenditure report, payment progress report and weekly/monthly budget)

2. Purchases, Liabilities & Assets:

Check and process purchasing proposals from departments, ensuring that purchasing requests are carried out in accordance with procedures
Inventory of purchased goods according to approved proposal
Monitor receivables with suppliers, manage budgets for procurement, ensure that expenditures do not exceed approved budgets
Coordinate control of the company's asset system
Synthesize, control and record asset/CCDC records on software
Complete the reporting system by section (Procurement progress report, asset report, debt report)

3. Other work

Control and close revenue and expense figures for each item daily/weekly/monthly
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Participate in company training programs
Secure information, documents, and business secrets of the Company
Preserve assets and tools assigned to manage

II. Candidate requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in similar or related positions. Priority given to those born between 1997 and 2001.
Proficient in computer use (excel software, accounting software).
Understand and master the Vietnamese accounting regime.
Able to work independently, dynamic, enthusiastic, responsible.

III. Benefits

Salary from 8-12 million + Bonus + Allowance => Total income from 10-15 million, negotiable depending on ability
100% salary probation, quarterly review
Travel: 2 times/year (domestic and international)
Clothing allowance: 2,000,000 VND/2 times/year
Travel allowance: 300,000 VND/month.
Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day
Housing allowance: 500,000 VND/month
13th month salary, Lunar New Year bonus
