Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
The Warehouse Accountant position at the Tay Ninh branch is responsible for tracking, data entry, and managing goods, materials, equipment, and related production costs, as well as training and process improvement. The Accounting Staff position at the Ho Chi Minh City office focuses on verifying payments, monitoring customer accounts receivable, and compiling financial reports.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and record the volume of goods entering, leaving, and remaining in inventory.
Monitor and recommend the purchase of additional supplies for work at the production site.
Monitor equipment installed at the production site and plan for maintenance and servicing.
Monitor the work of each production team, propose solutions and improvements appropriate for each stage.
Training and guidance on work-related activities at the production site.
Track production-related costs: maintain records, archive documents, and prepare proposals.
Review payment proposals and track outstanding payments.
Monitor customer accounts receivable.
Monitor and compile data on production site activities.
Compile and report monthly and quarterly work progress to the Head of Accounting and the Chief Financial Officer.
Perform other tasks as required by your supervisor.

REQUEST:
