Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage and store records, documents, debt reconciliation records, customs declarations, contracts, VAT invoices
Manage accounting accounts.
Issue sales invoices: Daily regular sales, gifts, inventory handling, accounting.
Domestic payments, foreign trade payments, advances, payments related to incurred costs
Monitor and compare factory inventory, fixed assets, tools and equipment.
Calculate cost of goods sold. Calculate cost price.
Create category codes, other operations, check documents, taxes.
Based on the Management Accounting Account List to create the appropriate code for each account.
Synthesize and prepare Cash Flow Report - Balance Report: Fund, revenue and expenditure plan, cash flow balance, and plan to pay other expenses.
Make payment plan for goods, materials, fixed assets, construction works, collateral, deposits, other receivables and payables and internal, tax.
Summary of accounting for incurred costs, business management costs, and sales.
Accounting for salary costs, social insurance costs, and commissions into the Accounting software.
Check daily purchase updates of goods and services, check imported goods on Amis software, track shipments from order placement.
Synthesize payment schedules for the factory, reconcile debts with suppliers, control debts related to internal - collection and payment.
Synthesize and prepare Cash Flow Report - Balance Report: Fund, Revenue and Expenditure Plan, Cash Flow Balance and Plan to Pay Other Expenses.
Perform statistics and synthesize data related to finance and accounting as required.
General accounting, checking revenue, profit, cost of goods sold, cost of sales - business management.
Summarize monthly, quarterly, annual business performance reports and other reports as required by management, with explanations.
Training on using accounting software for other departments, training new accountants.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.

INTEREST:
Salary: 17 - 23 million or negotiable (Gross salary, depending on ability and experience).
60-day probation, 85% probation salary.
Working time: 7.5 hours/day from Monday to Friday.
Consider salary increase once a year or consider salary increase based on work performance.
The company will pay all social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance fees for employees (full 32%).
Provide computers and phone SIM cards for employees.
Regular health check-ups and dental scaling twice a year or join a health insurance package (After working officially for 6 months).

REQUEST:
Graduated from college or higher in accounting, finance, auditing, banking.
Priority is given to those with experience in general accounting, tax accounting, and costing.
Understand accounting operations, have the ability to synthesize and understand deeply the accounting regime.
Know how to synthesize and analyze data in reports.
3 years of experience in a similar position, priority given to candidates who are proficient in using MISA (Amis) software.
