    Job Description

    1. Job Description:
    • Set up internal financial reports (revenue, cash flow, balance sheet) periodically as required by management.
    • Accounting and reconciliation of income and expenditure (orders, advertising costs, operating costs, etc.).
    • Check the validity and legality of data, documents, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
    • Arrange, print, store documents and accounting books fully and scientifically.
    • Compare data with relevant departments (sales, warehouse, purchasing).
    • Track and manage accounts receivable and payable; manage goods and raw materials.
    • Make payments to partners and other expenses incurred.
    • File and process bank payments.
    • Issue VAT invoices as prescribed.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and tax reports; provide data to the Board of Directors upon request.
    • Handle transactions related to insurance, labor, and taxes.
    • Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by superiors.
    1. Candidate requirements
    • College degree or higher, major in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related.
    • At least 5 years of experience in general accounting position (priority given to trade, service, logistics industry).
    • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
    • Master accounting regime, accounting standards and tax laws.
    • Careful, honest, able to analyze data, able to work under pressure.
    • English communication is an advantage.
