1. Internal accounting work:
Record receipts, payments and keep all accompanying documents.
Track payment orders, update and reconcile bank statements periodically.
Monitor, update and reconcile customer receivables, urge debt collection on time.
Monitor and reconcile supplier payables, ensuring timely and complete payment.
2. Invoice and document management:
Check the validity and legality of input and output invoices before accounting.
Store and manage accounting documents for tax settlement and inspection.
3. Accounting and monitoring of accounting operations:
Fully and promptly account for daily transactions into accounting software.
Monitor and compare output and input tax data to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
4. Tax declaration and payment:
Prepare and submit VAT, CIT, PIT declarations on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Declare and pay other taxes if incurred: contractor tax, special consumption tax, business license tax, property rental tax, import-export tax,...
Track tax payment status: tax paid, tax payable, tax overpayment for deduction.
5. Settlement work & working with authorities:
Prepare complete year-end tax settlement documents.
Work with tax authorities during inspections and audits, provide documents and explain data as required.
Job Requirements
Education: University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internal accounting or general accounting. Priority is given to candidates who have worked in small and medium enterprises.
Professional knowledge:
Master accounting practices and tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT, contractor tax).
Understanding of accounting law, tax law and related documents.
Skill:
Proficient in accounting software (MISA, FAST or equivalent).
Good use of Excel and office tools.
Skills in organizing work, managing documents and scientific books.
Communication skills, coordination with tax and audit authorities.
Personal qualities:
Honest, careful, detailed, highly responsible.
Proactive in work, able to withstand pressure, committed to long-term work.
