    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Monitor and record all transactions that occur: income and expenses, accounts receivable and payable, revenue, and costs.
    • Control of input and output documents and invoices.
    • Prepare receipts, payment vouchers, payment orders, and monitor cash funds and bank deposits.
    • Manage accounts receivable and payable from customers and partners, and remind them to pay on time.
    • Track revenue by service segment:
    • Enrollment and admissions counseling for driving lessons.
    • Electronics marketing services
    • Summarize operating costs by department.
    • Declare and pay all applicable taxes: VAT, personal income tax, and corporate income tax as required.
    • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual tax reports.
    • Work with the tax authorities when required.
    • Verify the validity of invoices and documents.
    • Prepare periodic financial reports.
    • Monthly/quarterly business performance reports.
    • Analyze revenue, costs, and profits for each service segment.
    • Cash flow and accounts payable report.

    - Job requirements:

    • Graduated from college/university with a major in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
    • Must have at least 12 years of experience in a General Accountant or In-house Accountant position (preferably with experience in the service sector).
    • Master accounting and tax procedures (VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax).
    • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Misa and Fast are an advantage).
    • Careful, honest, and responsible in their work.
    • They are good at organizing their work, working independently, and collaborating effectively in a team.
    • Capable of compiling data and preparing reports.
    • Preference will be given to candidates seeking long-term, stable employment.
