Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
The General Accountant position is seeking candidates with 2 years or more of experience, graduating from finance, accounting, or auditing majors, to handle tasks related to contracts, imports, warehousing, revenue and expenses, and other accounting operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drafting sales contracts, quotations, payment documents, final accounts, and project acceptance documents.
Monitor the import and customs clearance process for goods.
Track the inventory of goods and materials received and sold.
Internal revenue and expenditure, bank transactions.
Record all economic transactions in the Misa software.
Monitor attendance and calculate monthly employee salaries.
Prepare documents for employee turnover and social insurance benefits.
Submit labor reports, payroll records, social insurance, union reports, statistics, and tax reports as required.
Regularly prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns as required (business license tax, VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax, etc.), financial statements, and annual settlement reports.
Managing and archiving accounting records and documents.
Other internal tasks as required by superiors.

REQUEST:

Graduated from a regular college or university with a major in finance, accounting, or auditing.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a general accounting position.
Capable of working independently and in a team, with the ability to plan and organize work.
Proficient in office software and accounting software.

BENEFITS RECEIVED:

Salary: 13,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on ability).
Employees are entitled to full social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other welfare benefits as prescribed by the state.
Review and evaluate annual income adjustments.
Salaries and bonuses are commensurate with skills and work experience.
Working hours: Morning 8:00 - 12:00; Afternoon 13:30 - 17:30. Working from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings, with the afternoon off.
