    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance of accounting records and the preparation of consolidated financial reports;
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports as required by management.
    • Participate in both routine and complex accounting projects;
    • Provide guidance and support to less experienced accounting staff in resolving work-related issues.
    • Baos has a debt situation and cash flow management system.
    • Provide expert accounting advice to heads of functional and operational departments to help them develop cost and revenue forecasts, understand financial statements, and perform their financial duties;
    • Reconciling complex accounting accounts and verifying the accuracy of journal entries ensures that the general ledger is accurate and complete.
    • Review and analyze financial information, prepare financial statements and accounting reports so that senior management has accurate and timely information for decision-making.
    • Payment processing, accounts receivable, tax filing, financial reporting.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant;

    - Job requirements:

    At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a similar position in a real estate company.
