JOB DETAILS:
The General Accountant position is responsible for recording and tracking accounting transactions, managing inventory (inflow, outflow, and stock levels) and related expenses. They also review records, contracts, invoices, and documents, and monitor accounts payable and receivable from customers and suppliers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record and track all accounting transactions arising within the company.
- Track inventory, incoming and outgoing goods, and related costs.
- Review relevant records, contracts, invoices, and documents.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable from customers and suppliers.
- Prepare tax reports (VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax, financial statements) for the tax authorities.
- Work with the tax authorities when necessary.
- Storing accounting documents and records.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from college/university with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- Master the regulations regarding taxes and accounting.
- Proficient in using Excel and Word.
- Honest, careful, and responsible in their work.
