Job Details
- Participate in the process from requirement definition to release depending on the project.
- Manage development activities for Vietnam Offshore development team.
- Understand the specifications created by Japanese customers and communicate with customers so that Vietnamese development members can understand, including QA support to promote development as a center.
- Manage the progress of work outsourced to the Vietnam Offshore team and check quality through review of deliverables (design documents, source code, test specifications, test results).
Candidate requirements
Obligatory
- Graduated from University majoring in IT/Mathematics & Computer Science.
- Japanese: equivalent to N2 level, can communicate fluently
- BrSE experience from 1 year or more for software projects with Japanese customers.
- Experience and understanding of software development phases (from requirements gathering).
- Have 2 years or more development experience (Javascript/C#/PHP/Python...)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Prioritize
- Have knowledge of infrastructure.
- Knowledge of DB.
- Knowledge of development languages and frameworks (both end and front) and experience in upstream processes
- Able to do Basic Design.
- Having worked in Japan is an advantage.
Interest
- Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
- Probationary salary is 100% of official salary.
- Salary review: 1 time/year. 13th month bonus.
- Compulsory insurance is paid on gross salary.
