Responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects invested in by Hoa Sen Group;
Design, installation, and operation of electrical systems: power systems, lighting systems, and control systems.
Reading blueprints, making quantity takeoffs, controlling material quantities, and ensuring construction quality;
Directly participate in, monitor, and evaluate the construction process at the site; update information; adjust shop-drawing plans, construction methods, and construction volumes according to changes at the site; report on the progress of work and propose timely solutions to the direct manager;
Supervising construction, installation, and acceptance testing on the project, ensuring that the progress and quality of work performed by contractors meet requirements;
Instruct, inspect, and sign quality control documents and as-built drawings, confirming that the contractor's work matches the actual construction at the site;
Coordinate with the quality control department to verify the completed work volume for the construction contractor; coordinate with the office department to carry out project acceptance, payment, and final settlement.
Comply with electrical safety and fire prevention regulations;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Management Team Leader;

- Job requirements:
Graduates with a university degree in Electrical Systems, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related fields;
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the installation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, with a preference for those with experience in the design and construction of civil engineering projects.
Professional certifications: Fire safety, design and supervision certificate, Class I;
Proficient in office software, AutoCAD, and other specialized design/drawing software for work purposes;
Honest, highly self-motivated, and committed to long-term employment.
