    Job Description

    CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

    - Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho người dùng cuối qua điện thoại, email, trò chuyện - Thực hiện khắc phục sự cố trên các máy trạm và tiện ích văn phòng của người dùng như máy in, tivi, thiết bị liên quan đến an ninh - Hỗ trợ di chuyển và xây dựng bàn làm việc, làm việc chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan trong doanh nghiệp.


    NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

    • Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho người dùng cuối qua điện thoại, email, trò chuyện
    • Thực hiện khắc phục sự cố trên các máy trạm và tiện ích văn phòng của người dùng như máy in, tivi, thiết bị liên quan đến an ninh
    • Hỗ trợ di chuyển và xây dựng bàn làm việc, làm việc chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan trong doanh nghiệp
    • Chuyển các vấn đề và sự cố lên cấp hỗ trợ tiếp theo, bao gồm các nhóm CNTT khác
    • Đảm bảo kho hàng được sắp xếp theo thứ tự và chịu trách nhiệm quản lý hàng tồn kho
    • Chuyển phản hồi và/hoặc đề xuất của người dùng cuối đến các nhóm nội bộ phù hợp
    • Xác định và đề xuất các cải tiến có thể có đối với các giải pháp và quy trình

  • Để thành công trong vai trò này, các kỹ năng cần thiết bao gồm: kỹ năng giao tiếp, am hiểu IT phần mềm cùng với khả năng giải quyết vấn đề.
  • Các tiêu chí bổ sung bao gồm: an ninh mạng, kỹ sư hệ thống cùng với IT Support.
