    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Calculate efficiency and prepare a preliminary cost estimate for the project.
    • Establishing selling and rental prices for real estate products.
    • Budget control is carried out by the consulting firm or budgets are prepared upon request.
    • Prepare/review project payment and settlement documents.
    • Participate in preparing the bidding documents.
    • Supervise and monitor the implementation of work at the construction site (when required).
    • Other jobs

    - Job requirements:

    • Must possess a construction cost estimation engineer license of level II or higher.
    • Minimum 2 years of work experience
    • Hardworking, enthusiastic, quick-witted, honest, and eager to learn.
