JOB DETAILS:
The job involves receiving client requests, surveying the current state of the construction site, and designing water supply and drainage systems for various types of buildings. Simultaneously, the candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying and preparing detailed cost estimates for related items.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive information and requests from customers and survey the current state of the construction site (if applicable).
- Implementing the design of water supply and drainage systems for construction projects (townhouses, villas, buildings, etc.).
- Calculate the quantities and prepare detailed cost estimates for items related to the water supply and drainage system.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, architectural, electrical, etc.) to ensure the project's consistency.
- Inspect and review design drawings to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
- Work with contractors and supervisory consultants during the construction process to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare completion documents, acceptance documents, and handover documents for the project.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from university with a major in Water Supply and Drainage, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- One year of experience in water supply and drainage design.
- Proficient in using specialized design software: Autocad, Revit (preferred).
- Possess knowledge of current water supply and drainage design standards and regulations.
- Capable of reading and understanding technical drawings and related documents.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
