- Job details:
1. Maintenance and repair management
- Develop and manage preventive and incidental maintenance plans for all machinery and mechanical equipment in the factory.
- Supervise and direct major maintenance and repair activities, ensuring the progress and quality of work.
- Analyze the root causes of equipment malfunctions and propose solutions to fix them.
- Conduct trial runs and acceptance testing of equipment after maintenance and repair are completed.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance status reports, equipment performance reports, and equipment improvement project reports.
2. Design and Improvement
- Research, evaluate, and propose technical solutions and design improvements for existing mechanical equipment and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce operating costs, save energy, and improve safety.
- Participate in the design and preparation of machining drawings for mechanical products, machinery, and equipment used in production.
- Applying new technologies in the field of mechanical engineering to provide improvement recommendations aimed at optimizing production processes.
3. Operation and technical supervision
- Closely monitor the technical parameters and operating status of machinery and equipment to detect abnormalities early and take timely corrective measures.
- Ensure that equipment operates correctly and complies with technical standards.
- Conduct regular tests and inspections to assess the performance and lifespan of the equipment.
- To conduct inspections or calibrations of equipment related to occupational safety, lifting equipment, pressure equipment, and weighing and measuring equipment, etc., serving and supporting production activities.
4. Training and technical support
- Provide internal training or instruction to operators on knowledge and skills related to machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Provide technical support to relevant departments as needed.
5. Interdepartmental coordination
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues that arise related to the production unit.
6. Record Management
- Managing technical documentation, catalogs, and records of machinery and equipment in production lines.
- Job requirements:
Educational level: | Graduated from university with a major in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. |
| Foreign languages: | Use basic English to read and understand technical documents and communicate in the workplace when necessary. |
