- Deploy, guide, check design engineers, BOM, sample drawings
- Deployment to make sample products
- Send request to purchasing department to ask for information and quotation of materials and molds.
- Provide technical support, drawings to customers, company departments, suppliers
- Work with departments to develop new processes/procedures and ensure that product development efforts are appropriate, profitable and manufacturable.
- Work closely with customers in a professional manner to ensure they receive accurate information and good quality samples in a timely manner.
- Plan, organize and supervise the work of engineering and technical staff. Evaluate progress and results achieved and implement changes to achieve goals.
- Identify the limitations of old products and orient the development of new products.
- Work closely with production and QC to improve and support technical ideas and quality issues.
- Develop and issue procedures, regulations, instructions, forms... related to the BD department.

- Candidates with over 3 years of experience in interior design.
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- English communication: reading drawings, email communication with customers and department managers.
- Experienced in team management, able to work independently and manage customer groups
- English CV.
