JOB DETAILS: Operate the boiler system to provide a stable supply of steam heat to the corrugated paper production line and related machinery.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- System operation: Directly control, monitor, and operate the boiler system to provide stable steam for the corrugated paper production line and related machinery.
- Parameter control: Closely monitor technical indicators: pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption rate, and exhaust gas quality.
- Maintenance & Servicing: Conduct periodic inspections of peripheral equipment (pumps, valves, exhaust fans, water treatment systems). Coordinate prompt repairs to avoid production disruptions.
- Safety & Hygiene: Strictly adhere to regulations regarding fire safety and pressure vessel safety. Keep the boiler area clean and tidy.
- Reporting: Maintain a complete operational log and report daily/weekly/monthly fuel consumption to the Department Head.
REQUEST:- Qualifications: Graduated from vocational school/college or higher in Thermal Power Technology, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Certifications: Boiler Operator Certificate and Pressure Equipment Safety Certificate are required.
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience operating boilers in manufacturing plants (especially in the paper, packaging, and textile dyeing industries).
- Skill:
- Good ability to handle emergencies (power outages, sudden voltage surges, etc.).
- Understanding different types of fuels and exhaust gas treatment systems.
- Good health, able to withstand high temperature environments.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible.
