JOB DETAILS
+ Control payment and settlement of assigned documents.
+ Deploy shop drawings, construction methods, quality and safety management plans and submit them to the Supervisory Board and the Investor for approval.
+ Responsible for the entire browsing work at the construction site: personnel, materials, machinery and equipment....
+ Control the volume of the project throughout the life of the project.
+ Make payment and settlement documents with the Investor and the labor team.
+ Consolidate daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, work plans and send them to stakeholders
+ Record project log.
+ Manage the system of minutes, internal books, project forms
+ Manage incoming dispatches related to construction issues
+ Direct the construction of the site according to the assignment of the project manager.
+ Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as prescribed
+ Prepare as-built drawings
+ Participate in the company's bidding when needed
+ Other tasks assigned by the Commander and the Director of Education
REQUEST:
- Male, Graduated from College, University majoring in civil and industrial construction/Construction of bridges and roads/Construction economics....
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position in projects, especially mixed-use apartment projects, villa projects.
- Other skills: Proficient in communication skills, office computing (word, excel), auto cad, estimating software and other related supporting software.
- Good problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Work resourceful and responsible.
