Plan site survey, meet with general contractor and investor on required progress, develop and submit material and construction request plan to CHT/CHP before implementation.
Send work plan, early and late day report (before 7pm) about number of employees, work location, progress to group/zalo/common email.
Read the contract carefully, carry out acceptance and confirm the volume with the general contractor, investor and team.
Supervise construction progress and safety quality according to design documents, technical drawings, and instructions from the Chief/Commander.
Update information on worker card documents and vehicle entry and exit according to regulations.
Support building a positive, professional and harmonious working environment.
Separate material volume to propose materials, make volume profile for team.
Receive construction plans, carry out field work and report daily progress.
Resolve technical issues that arise on-site and recommend quick solutions.
Comply with work assignments from the Commander of the Board of Directors.
