MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervising construction projects, reading and understanding blueprints, quantity surveying, preparing material estimates, and proposing efficient material usage plans.
Plan, coordinate, and manage materials, manpower, and construction schedules to optimize work efficiency.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and external partners to implement projects according to schedule and requirements.
Regularly inspect and evaluate the quality of construction, and promptly detect and address any technical errors.

REQUEST:

At least one year of experience as a construction supervisor, preferably in the field of electrical installation.
Proficient in reading technical drawings, with knowledge of AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Highly responsible and able to handle work pressure.
Additional criteria include: mastery of Construction Management, understanding of Construction Supervision, and experience working with Construction.
