JOB DETAILS
* Ensure operation, maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
* Ensure stable machine operation, minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
* Equipment maintenance and repair:
+ Perform periodic inspections and equipment maintenance as planned.
+ Handle equipment problems during production, ensuring quick restoration of production operations.
+ Repair and replace damaged components of machinery and production equipment.
* Equipment management and operation:
+ Guide and support workers to operate equipment properly, ensuring safety and efficiency.
+ Monitor and record equipment operations to detect abnormalities early.
* Equipment improvements and upgrades:
+ Coordinate with other technical departments to propose solutions to improve equipment and increase production efficiency.
+ Research and implement improvements to improve machine life and performance.
* Installation and deployment support:
+ Participate in installation, calibration and test operation of new equipment during assembly production process.
+ Coordinate with suppliers to inspect equipment after installation or major repairs.
* Storage and reporting:
+ Record and store equipment maintenance, repair and calibration history.
+ Report equipment status, arising problems and propose solutions to superiors.
Qualifications: None
Experience required: 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of electrical, electronic and mechanical production equipment.
+ Proficient in Chinese communication, reading and understanding Chinese technical documents
+ Understanding of the structure and operating principles of machinery, electrical, electronic and automatic equipment in print advertising.
+ Skills in using technical measuring tools and equipment
+ Ability to read and understand technical documents, electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
+ Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
