Position: TECHNICIAN – SALES
1. Job Objectives
Provide professional-standard care services; and advise on and recommend suitable treatments and products to increase revenue and build a long-term customer base.
2. Main tasks
2.1. Service Delivery
• Perform skin/body care treatments according to the company's procedures.
• Ensuring service quality, customer experience, and operational standards.
• Monitor the patient's condition during and after treatment.
• Prepare tools, ensure hygiene and safety during the work process.
2.2. Consulting – Sales
• Advise on a suitable treatment plan based on the client's condition.
• Suggest home care products to use after each treatment.
• Perform upsell/cross-sell during the customer service process.
• Coordinate with reception/customer service to finalize orders and record revenue.
2.3. Customer Service
• Create a professional and friendly service experience.
• Follow-up and support for patients after treatment.
• Build relationships and encourage repeat customers.
2.4. Coordination & Operation
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient customer service.
• Update patient information and treatment status
• Report any problems that arise.
3. Job Requirements
• Expertise in skincare/body care (experience preferred)
• Possesses sales consulting and guidance skills.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and a sense of responsibility.
4. Income structure
4.1. Basic salary: 6,000,000 VND/month
4.2. Income based on sales
a. Tour fee: Applied according to the company's tour fee policy.
b. Sales: Sales targets: applied on a monthly basis.
Reward mechanism:
• Sales < target → no bonus awarded, and this serves as the basis for KPI evaluation.
• Sales ≥ target:
5% of total actual sales achieved.
8% of sales exceeding the target.
c. Principles of revenue recognition
Revenue is calculated when:
• The customer has paid
• Service used / product received
• No refunds/returns will be processed.
5. KPIs & Sales Requirements
• Employees are assigned individual monthly sales targets.
• Revenue includes: Sale of treatments and products
Evaluation principles
• Sales figures are a key criterion in evaluating job performance.
• Staff need to proactively advise and convert customers during the service process.
• Sales results serve as the basis for:
o Competency assessment
• Review and adjust bonuses and income
6. Working hours
• According to the spa's operating schedule
• Can work on weekends
