JOB DETAILS: This position involves advising and guiding users on accounting software via phone and Ultraviewer, as well as performing accounting-related tasks, bookkeeping skills, and financial reporting for businesses in all industries (training will be provided).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Providing advice and guidance on using accounting software via phone and Ultraviewer.
- Perform accounting-related tasks, including bookkeeping and financial reporting skills, for businesses in all industries (training will be provided).
- Customer service staff: Provide advice and guidance on using Smartpro and Ultra accounting software via phone (with professional training).
REQUEST:- Knowledge of journal entries, basic accounting procedures, and office computer skills.
- Graduated from university or college with a major in Accounting.
- Office IT skills.
- Basic accounting.
- Hardworking and quick-witted.
