We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Consultant at Novobi, you will play a pivotal role in leading ERP implementation projects, providing expert guidance, and fostering client relationships. Leveraging your extensive experience and deep understanding of ERP functionalities, you will collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee the successful implementation and adoption of the ERP system. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS & BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges, and translate requirements into scalable and efficient ERP solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of client requirements, processes, and workflows.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for leveraging ERP functionalities to optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.
Assist with data migration, integration, and testing activities as part of the implementation process.

Job requirements

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels in English.
Ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills.
Good understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to translate requirements into ERP solutions.
Willingness to work at night to communicate with clients in the US several days a week.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Has a proven track record of at least 3-5 years of experience managing business solution implementation projects.
