Job Description

- Job details:

- Directly responsible for sales, profit, and operational metrics of the e-commerce team (TikTok & Shopee) in Southeast Asia.

- Manage, coordinate, and supervise the floor operations team to achieve growth targets.

- Develop and implement e-commerce business plans and strategies on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

- Optimize sales performance on TikTok Shop and Shopee (products, campaigns, traffic, conversions).

- Expanding the customer base and brand reach across e-commerce channels in the Southeast Asian market.

- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with the Business Development Managers/Key Account Managers of the platform's product categories to support the storefronts.

- Participate in the recruitment, training, KPI allocation, and performance monitoring of the e-commerce team.

- Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, performance, forecast results, and propose plans to the management team.

- Collaborate with the Branding, Media, and Content departments and perform assigned tasks.

- Job requirements:

- Graduated from college/university in the following fields: Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.

- Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in a Lead role in operations and management of e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee).

- Proficient in running ads on TikTok Shop and Shopee platforms. Thorough understanding of platform mechanics, campaigns, revenue metrics, and operations.

- Experienced in team management, setting KPIs, and being responsible for sales targets.

- Planning, data analysis, and reporting skills.

- Possesses a business mindset, is proactive, handles pressure well, and is sensitive to the e-commerce market.
