Job Description

- Job details:

- Working the morning shift (8am-3pm), weekdays.

- Advise and assist customers in finding products that suit their needs, and guide them on how to use the products correctly.

- Respond directly to shop inquiries via Zalo and phone.

- Process and close online orders.

- Arrange and display products, and maintain cleanliness in the store.

- Conduct periodic inventory checks (stock levels, expiration dates) or as directed by management.

- Receive goods from suppliers, check quantity and specifications, and store and display them.

- Job requirements:

- Male. Good health. Cheerful, good communicator, honest, clean, and agile.

- I love pets, regardless of whether they are Western, Vietnamese, or stray dogs and cats.

- Basic computer skills, including email and Zalo.

- Flexible hours, working on holidays (including Tet/Lunar New Year), overtime/shift changes are possible when needed.

- Have a means of transportation (motorcycle) and a smartphone.

- Preferred qualifications: English communication skills, 6 months of experience in a similar position (retail chain, supermarket, etc.).
