JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for advising, planning, managing operations, and developing the company's business in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
- Conduct market research, develop and promote the company's business in Vietnam;
- Maintain and develop the customer network.
- Ensure that the company's current and future goals are achieved as expected by the board of directors regarding sales growth, profitability, product quality, talent development, and other activities.
- Manage staff to ensure the best results are achieved.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good health ensures the ability to perform the job;
- Preference will be given to candidates with a university degree or higher;
- At least 8 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical business, nutritional products, or providing innovative products to maintain, improve, or protect human health. Of this, a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a Japanese company or a foreign company operating in a similar field to the parent company is required.
- Foreign languages:
+ Japanese language: N1 level or equivalent, fluent in communication like a native speaker, in-depth understanding of Japanese business culture, preference given to candidates who have worked in Japan for 5 years or more;
+ English: fluent in communication.
- Other: Possesses knowledge and understanding of the current health status and healthcare needs of people in Southeast Asia.
