-Organize the implementation of the investor's decision.
- Decide on issues related to the company's daily business operations.
- Organize the implementation of the company's business plan and investment plan.
- Issue internal management regulations of the company.
- Appoint, dismiss, remove positions of Administrative Director, Business Director, Production Director, Department Head, Deputy Department Head.
- Sign contracts on behalf of the company, except in cases under the authority of the investor.
- Propose company organizational structure plan.
- Submit annual financial settlement report to investor.
- Propose plans to use profits or handle losses in business/
- Labor recruitment.
- Comply with the law, the company charter, and decisions of the company owner in exercising assigned rights and obligations.
- Exercise assigned rights and obligations honestly, carefully and to the best of our ability to ensure the maximum legitimate interests of the company and its owners.
- Be loyal to the interests of the company and the company's owners; do not abuse position, title and use information, know-how, business opportunities, other assets of the company for personal gain or to serve the interests of other organizations or individuals.
- Timely, fully and accurately notify the company owner about the enterprise in which he/she owns or has controlling shares or capital contributions and the enterprise in which his/her related person owns, jointly owns or separately owns controlling shares or capital contributions. The notification must be kept at the company's head office.
