A. Building a professional TikTok channel
- Develop a channel development strategy based on phased objectives.
- Define the customer profile, content concept, and brand tone (TOV).
- Maintain a regular posting schedule and analyze performance for optimization.
- Long-term content strategy, developing a sustainable, high-quality channel that aligns with objectives.
B. Content Production & Editing
- Write scripts based on sales insights and strategies.
- Professional video shooting, editing, and production (using CapCut/PR or other tools).
- Optimize retention, hook the first 3 seconds, and use a strong call to action (CTA) to increase conversions.
- Quickly catch trends and adjust according to algorithms.
C. Running TikTok Ads
- Set up and optimize advertising campaigns (traffic, video views, conversions).
- Report and adjust campaigns according to cost and sales targets.
D. TikTok Shop & Sales
- Create product review, tutorial, and benefit-boosting videos to drive sales.
- Add product links, optimize keywords & SEO.
- Track video performance based on views, clicks, and purchases.
E. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Job requirements:
- Experience in building a professional TikTok channel (having developed a channel from scratch).
- Proficient in running TikTok Ads, with a deep understanding of the algorithm and viewer behavior.
- Proficient in video shooting, editing, and production.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Creative, quick to catch trends, flexible.
- Preference: male (due to frequent travel for filming)
