As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the store, providing excellent customer service and maintaining an efficient shopping environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, are passionate about retail and want to develop their skills in a dynamic consumer goods environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer service:
- Welcome and assist customers in finding products and making informed purchasing decisions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems quickly and professionally
- Provide basic information and cooking suggestions to customers as appropriate
- Support packing and carrying goods to customers' vehicles when necessary
Store Operations:
- Maintain store cleanliness standards, including regular cleaning of shelves and floors
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Implement and maintain in-store promotional displays and signage
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by being alert and reporting suspicious activities to Management and HO
Inventory and Goods Management:
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neatly organized and products are attractively displayed
- Ensure proper product rotation and manage expiration dates to minimize waste
- Assist with inventory management, including taking stock, monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies or shortages to the Store Manager and HO
- Assist in receiving and unloading goods from Suppliers, ensuring proper storage of goods
Sales and Marketing:
- Promote current promotions, suggest complementary products, and upsell and cross-sell as appropriate to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Collaborate with team members at the Store or HO to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Candidate requirements
- Candidates with experience in retail or customer service preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and behavioral skills in Vietnamese, basic communication in English required
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Detailed, meticulous and well organized
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory control
- Team spirit
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
