WeMart consumer store chain is recruiting for the position of Sales Staff with the following criteria:
- Actively advise and support customers in choosing products.
- Perform sales operations (packaging, payment...)
- Resolve customer complaints and report to superiors if beyond authority and ability to resolve.
- Understand in-store customer shopping habits to inform product assortment and merchandising solutions.
- Master knowledge about the industry and products (how to use, origin, material, color, design, features, storage conditions,...)
- Display goods in the correct layout, comply with WeMart's product specifications and Food Safety and Hygiene standards to minimize damage, loss, and waste.
- Regularly check price lists and price tags (regular and promotional prices) to ensure correct prices are listed.
- Collect full sales proceeds and issue correct invoices to customers.
- Participate seriously in periodic Inventory rounds and comply with procedures.
Working time:
- 8-hour rotating shift: Morning shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (including 30-minute meal break) / Afternoon shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (including 30-minute meal break)
- 1 day off/week (Total number of days off/month corresponds to the number of Sundays, priority is given to Monday - Saturday)
Working location: 170 Bach Mai - Hai Ba Trung, Nhan Hoa - Thanh Xuan
REQUEST:
- Male/Female, age 20-35, High School graduate.
- Priority given to those with experience in retail/supermarket, able to communicate in basic English
