    JOB DUTIES
    Conduct sales transactions
    • Process orders, payments and product delivery procedures for customers.
    • Ensure accuracy of transactions, including invoicing and providing payment information.
    Inventory Management
    • Check, track inventory status and report when replenishment is needed.
    • Make sure products are always neatly displayed, easy to find and eye-catching to attract customers.
    After-sales customer care
    • Follow up and resolve customer issues or concerns after the transaction.
    • Encourage customers to return to shop through promotions or loyalty cards.
