Job Description

Arrange time to check machinery, equipment and other assets in rooms and areas in the hotel restaurant every day.
Propose maintenance solutions for machinery and equipment when needed.
Record the status of all machinery and equipment in the hotel restaurant for easy monitoring and management.
Perform maintenance on equipment when necessary.
Repair or replace equipment immediately.
Support other department staff to check problems with machinery and equipment and fix problems as soon as possible.
