- Job requirements:
Receive all customer inquiries related to motorcycle sales and repair services. Record all customer feedback. Proactively resolve customer complaints, or coordinate with other departments and stores, to thoroughly address them.
Proactively contact and gather feedback from customers who have used the company's products and services. Address any questions, concerns, or complaints from customers.
Make follow-up calls, inviting customers to use the company's products, services, and programs.
Prepare reports on customer service activities.
