Job Description

- Manage, care, develop customer sources and continuously update the database system.
- Assist customers in completing relevant information and procedures.
- Responsible for answering and supporting the problems that customers encounter and at the same time coordinating with related departments and the company in taking care and renewing the contract.
- Empathize, create personalized interactions and experiences for users/customers on Bacsimobile.com's channels at every touch point.
- Perform other tasks to promote the completion of assigned targets and business plans.
- Report the working results to the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
- Welcome, introduce information about products to customers. Give your customers an experience of surprise and delight.
- Training sales staff. Ensure employees understand and understand the company's vision and mission
- Work planning for employees and for the store. Ensure sales for the store.
- Urging, reminding and controlling hygiene issues at the store: front and inside items
- Inventory of goods, display of products
- Checking and responsible for exporting/importing goods
- Displaying goods according to standards
- Ability to receive and handle customer complaints and complaints.
