Perform tasks on the production line: operation, peeling, packaging, etc., ensuring safety, food safety, and GMP standards.
Ensure that machinery and equipment operate efficiently and continuously, meeting production requirements.
Monitor and adjust technical parameters such as pressure, temperature, and speed.
Detect and resolve machinery and equipment malfunctions during operation, ensuring that machinery and equipment always function properly and safely.
Perform routine maintenance and simple repairs.
Prepare daily reports on machine operation.
Candidate requirements
Graduates from high school, vocational school, or college in the following fields: Electrical engineering, electronics, technical engineering, mechanical engineering, and food technology.
Capable of operating and performing basic machine repairs.
Ability to maintain and service machinery, and knowledge of electrical systems, is an advantage.
They are quick learners, highly adaptable, and possess a growth mindset.
It is possible to work rotating shifts weekly - 8-hour shifts (especially night shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM).
Ability to work in a hot bakery environment: 30 - 40 degrees Celsius.
