    Job Description

    • Request a booking from the carrier and issue the booking to the customer

    • Processing documents related to shipments

    • Follow instructions from the front desk if there are special requests (goods insurance, disinfection, free time application...)

    • Monitor ship status and update customers/agents. Track the shipment until it is received.
