Job Description:
- Customer Support: Answer questions and support customers through communication channels such as Phone (Outbound - Inbound), Chatbot (email, live chat, social networks).
- Work with other departments within the company such as relevant departments to resolve customer related issues.
- Carry out tasks as directed by superiors.
Job requirements:

- Working shifts from 7am to 10pm, 8 hours/shift, 5 days/week.
