- Daily hotline service.
- Consulting, answering questions and providing instructions on product use.
- Receive feedback on products, services or obstacles and difficulties of customers in the process of using services and products.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: Female
- Priority for experienced candidates.
- Do not speak with a local accent or lisp.
- Ability to communicate and consult over the phone.
- Proficient in office software and Internet tools.
- Enthusiastic, honest, careful and responsible for work.
