Job Description

- Job details:

After-sales customer service.
Receive warranty claims and provide support for basic troubleshooting.
Monitor scheduled filter replacements and receive customer feedback.
Manage online channels: Shopee, Facebook, Website.
Proactively take care of existing customers during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year), and seek out new customers.
Report on work as requested by management.

- Job requirements:

Female, with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
Good communication skills, pleasant speaking voice, and flexible problem-solving abilities.
Honest, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Proficient in office computer skills.
