RECRUITMENT OF CARE STAFF
1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the elderly with daily activities: eating, bathing, hygiene, changing diapers.
- Support the elderly with daily activities according to the schedule: exercise, movement, playing games,
2. WORKING TIME
- Office hours from 7:15 am to 5:30 pm, 2 hour lunch break (from 12 pm to 2 pm)
- After 2 months, 1 additional day off will be added (total 4 days off/month)
- Night shift: 1-3 sessions/week.
- If you need to work overtime, overtime pay will be calculated.
3. BENEFITS:
- LCB: 6-12 million + 3 meals per day. Salary increase according to company regulations (1 to 2 times a year)
- Social insurance is paid according to the regulations of the State and the Company.
- Bonus: Travel, vacation, social insurance, holiday bonuses, 13th month salary bonus
- Probationary period from 1 to 2 months depending on ability. Probationary salary is 80% of official salary, other benefits are the same as official salary.
4. WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- No experience, free training.
