Job Description

JOB DUTIES
1. Export goods

Receive booking information from the sales department, follow and handle issues related to empty containers, landing, cut off, delay...
Submit SI, VGM for shipping lines, coloaders, airlines
Make payment for suppliers, debit for customers according to instructions from sale.
Monitor train schedules and cargo schedules to notify customers of updates.
Handling issues related to goods & documents with related parties.

2. Imported goods

Receive pre-alert from sale, check docs and confirm
Submit manifest
Issue notifies the arrival of goods to customers.
Make payment for suppliers, debit for customers according to instructions from sale.
Pick up D/O and issue D/O for guests.
Handling issues related to goods & documents with related parties.
Completion of Reporting and record keeping.1- Processing of assigned shipments
