Job Description

Job Description
1. IT system administration
Manage and monitor Server, Internet, Wifi, FireWall, NAS systems to ensure stable operation.
Check, maintain, periodically backup data, and handle arising problems.
Proposal to upgrade and expand IT infrastructure.
Manage systems: online meeting room booking, recruitment website, livestream room,...
Manage Email system, allocate and delete accounts when requested.
2. Support & Troubleshooting
Support employees with network, computers, software, phones, VPN (about 100 users)
Handle IT system incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
Research and propose solutions to upgrade and change IT systems.
3. Research & optimize how to use AI for businesses:
Continuously updated with the latest AI technology
Testing & proposing AI solutions to optimize work productivity for departments
Guide and train employees in applying and exploiting AI technology.
4. IT service procurement and contract management
Propose IT equipment, software, components.
Manage and track server rental contracts, software, and equipment warranties.
Coordinate with suppliers for equipment maintenance and repair.
5. Reporting & Data Management
Report on product quantity, operating status of ERP system, software.
Monitor and summarize data of the entire Group by month/quarter/year.

Job Requirements

2 years or more experience as a System Administrator (IT)
College degree or higher in IT, electronics, telecommunications or related fields;
Experience in network administration, server system administration;
Experience with computer hardware;
Experience in applying AI to work, helping to optimize processes and improve work efficiency. Experience in deploying AI models in enterprises is an advantage.
Ability to analyze, synthesize, and troubleshoot software and system issues effectively

Probationary salary is 90% of salary.
