Job Description

- Job details:

1. Social Media Management: Primarily responsible for managing and developing the organization's social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Zalo.

2. Multi-Channel Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, and edit diverse content for various platforms. Content includes social media posts, in-depth website articles, short video scripts (TikTok, Reels), and content for media publications.

3. Coordinate and Implement Communication Campaigns: Participate in the brainstorming and implementation of the company's marketing campaigns, events, and promotional programs.

4. Measurement and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media posts and campaigns through key metrics (such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates).

- Job requirements:

- Graduated from college or university with a major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, or related fields. Have at least one year of experience in a similar position, with a preference for candidates with experience managing social media channels and creating multi-channel content.

- Prior experience in the healthcare, medical, or beauty industry is preferred.

- Proficient in using basic design software (such as Canva, Photoshop) and basic video editing software.
