- Job details:
1. Receive all approved orders from the direct supervisor and check all information on the order.
2. Create production orders for the teams, print the production orders for the Foreman to sign, and forward the production orders to the teams and Production Supervisors.
3. Inspect and supervise the preparation of production materials, tools and equipment, site conditions, and other necessary conditions to ensure production meets deadlines and quality standards.
4. Organize and supervise the delivery of goods between teams.
5. Monitor and coordinate daily production progress, and be responsible for ensuring production schedules are met.
6. Create a purchase order for quality control inspection and delivery to the finished goods warehouse.
7. Responsible for storing control samples during production.
8. Report any arising situations promptly to the Supervisor and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues completely.
9. Maintain records/documents and reports related to assigned tasks.
