Job Description

- Job details:

Receive order information from the purchasing department.
Coordinate, organize, and track goods arriving at the warehouse.
Sorting and checking the condition of goods in the warehouse.
Coordinate with relevant departments to process orders (inflow, outflow, and inventory).
Work with Chinese partners/suppliers when necessary.
Handling issues arising related to orders, shipping, and warehousing.
Update data, report on order and goods status.

- Job requirements:

Experience:

Experience of 6 months or more in operations/logistics/warehouse management is an advantage.
We accept candidates with no prior experience but who are willing to learn and have a basic understanding of logistics.

Skill:

Proficient in Chinese, able to use it fluently in the workplace.
Careful, responsible, and logical in handling tasks.
Basic Excel skills required.
Proactive and good at coordinating work.

Other:

I have a personal laptop.

Salary: 10 – 12 million VND/month (negotiable based on ability during interview).
Allowance: 500,000 VND/month + performance-based bonus.
