MAIN TASKS
Open new retail outlets:
- Search, survey and evaluate the potential of retail locations that are suitable for the development direction of the BMQ brand.
- Carry out legal procedures and negotiate contracts with partners and site investors.
Management and monitoring of retail point of sale operations:
- Regularly check and evaluate the performance of existing retail outlets.
- Support training and guidance for sales staff at points of sale to ensure service and product quality.
- Collect market information, customer feedback and make improvement suggestions to optimize sales.
Implement promotional and marketing programs:
- Coordinate with Marketing department to implement promotional programs, product displays and promotional campaigns at retail outlets.
- Monitor, analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend appropriate adjustments.
Reporting and data analysis:
- Prepare periodic reports on sales, performance and market conditions.
- Provide solutions and strategies to improve sales performance.
REQUEST
- Education: University/College graduate majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
- Priority is given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in retail, point of sale management, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and build good relationships with partners.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, proactive and dynamic.
- Willing to travel frequently to inspect, open points of sale and provide direct on-site support.
- Understanding the retail market and having good relationships in the industry is an advantage.
