1. Job Description
- Implement and optimize Google Ads campaigns according to KPIs set by senior management.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaign costs, scale budgets, and increase revenue.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Test products as requested by management.
- Design landing pages and create content (images and videos) to drive sales.
- Report on campaign effectiveness and propose areas for improvement.
2. Candidate requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience related to Google Marketing Ads.
- Ability to analyze advertising metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, etc., and strong data-driven thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experienced in product testing.
- Capable of designing images and videos for marketing purposes.

- Salary: 10-15 million VND + % commission on KPI.
